What to Expect
Whether you’re just starting out or more experienced, Pennie offers a variety of classes designed for all ages and abilities. Each class is guided, hands-on, and tailored to help you move better, build strength, and feel more balanced.

Pilates 1:1 or 2:1
Personalised one-to-one session tailored to your goals, ideal for recovery or focused progress.
Or
Train with a partner while still getting individual attention and guided instruction.

Tuesdays
Matwork - 9.15am or 6.45pm
A group mat class (max 10–12) focusing on strength, mobility, and control.
Chair - 10.30am or 6.15pm
(To start in January 2026)
Gentle class using chairs for support, perfect for mobility and balance.

Matwork - 9.00am
A group mat class (max 10–12) focusing on strength, mobility, and control.
Matwork (Intermediate) - 10.10am
Build strength and control with more challenging sequences for progressing students.

Matwork - 5pm
A group mat class (max 10–12) focusing on strength, mobility, and control.
Mens Pilates - 6.15pm
Strength and flexibility training tailored for men, supporting fitness and injury prevention.
