Meet Pennie
After years of sport and dance in school, university, and beyond, Pennie started practising Pilates in 2003, following the birth of her second child. Balancing a career in publishing, extensive travel, a wholesale business, and raising three young children meant that movement had to be efficiently squeezed into her busy schedule. Pilates helped Pennie rediscover strength and balance in both body and mind amidst the often chaotic demands of family life.
